Why did this idea even cross your minds riot?
theres a fucking reason we have soloqueue and ranked 5s, and ranked is already a shit fest AS IS WITH JUST TWO PARTNERED PLAYERS.
What audience of players did you get this input from? who suggested this? who was for this? this idea is awful.
the only reason i could see this being implemented is so you can have more potenial LCS players because people will be use to playing competitively together.

Yorukin2 votesI have lost multiple ranked games because someone was stuck in a position that they couldn't play. And since I'm saying this as an unranked, that's a problem. Being able to call your role before jumping in is a godsend. And since you seem to be stuck on the existence of variable-size teams, I should probably remind you that the matchmaking will HEAVILY bias you against teams of equal size. This is there to prevent one side from having too much of a communication advantage.

Well, dont forget they are also rolling a new report system that should detect these kind of stuff, and if the reports are false, then these players future reports will be biased against them. Also, my point stands, even if you lose a lane now you'll get flamed and be reported falsly, this has nothing to do with premades

Lyte already mentioned this topic, the "4 premades bullying 1" and said the new system will "equalize" their reports so they'll be worth less than you'd think, and if the reports are false then they themselves can be punished.
Also! How is it hard to prove? If the reports are not true and you didnt feed intentionaly, or flame, then you will not be punished.
Try looking at the whole picture instead of just a tiny bit that you find wrong.

Well clearly you're not cause there's nothing wrong with the new bigger picture. Is it different? Yes.. Will we have to adapt? Probably Will there be problems? Yea. But its a change in the right direction that will minimize your chance of getting a single troll or an afk in your game, and put a bigger emphasis on teamwork. This isa team based game isnt it?

Nah, if thats what id be doing i would act like its all perfect, but its not, it has drawbacks but i also know its a good direction for the game.
