old vandal skin line? Because this doesn't scream halloween to me at all ._.

They don't look like vandals at all,they look more like they are from some sort of post-apocalyptic world.
Though I agree they aren't the most halloweenish skins(I actually wonder why they didn't simply delay demon vi),but we've had worse ones already(like officer vi)

I can't get mad because I got Underworld Wukong last year for myself.. but yeah, I don't get why would Panth get a new skin when he has like a fuckload of them and Jinx I kinda understand, she's popular now, etc. And none of those skins are "spooky" like last year, but hey can't be always the same.
They look like vandals/rioters.... Post apocalyptic, not so much, even though their weapons may suggest that. Jinx at least has great particle effects! Lol.
Tbh, why would rito choose Pantheon as a zombie slayer and then put the chainsaw on a stick... that would never work, and it looks just plain stupid. Here's and Idea, make Azir summon zombies. 
Yeah, because skins like Headmistress Fiora and Pirate Ryze scream Harrowing more than Slayer Pantheon+Jinx, right?
I expected necromancer azir and underworld lissandra/cassiopeia guys u cant say that those 2 names are not epic. Srsly compare ravenborn to slayer jinx .... yes jinx ' one is bullshit compared to epic godly ravenborn leblanc. I hope we get some good skins to compensate.
I'm sure I'm the minority here, but I actually like these three skins. Obviously this year's event is going to be about a zombie outbreak. These two slayer skins are most likely the first in this newly developed dual skin line. Now instead of just zombies, you'll also have their counterparts, the "zombie"-slayers.
They are not "costumed" skins like some of the others from previous years. They are "zombie outbreak" themed. I for one can't wait until there are at least 5 zombie skins and at least 5 slayer skins so you can do full 5v5 games in this theme :D These slayer skins fit PERFECTLY as the opposite skins in this duo! Riot did an amazing job designing them!
This community will always complain. Everyone will bitch and moan about not getting what they want. I agree that there are so many awesome concepts out there for Harrowing skins, but all that does is snuff out any cool skins that ACTUALLY come out. I would say that the biggest reason the community loved the Vi and Brand skins so much is just because they came out of nowhere. They weren't consumed by this over-hyped event.

Vandal line is akin to a black leather-clad biker gang, Slayer line seems to be more inspired by wacky post-apocalyptic stuff like Mad Max.
They're distinct enough to me.
the only good skin that came out for this event was the nunu and I gotta arguably one of my favorite skins released by riot. The other ones tho seem more like a reference to borderlands which I guess its cool but kinda of a letdown for a hallowheen themed skins. The Pantheon is basically a Singed cosplay skin.
I glad there are two brave souls that chose to fight the creatures of the Harrowing instead of being assimilated by them
