They are only really trash because they branded them to be harrowing. I wouldn't have a problem at all if they came out as "Vandal" or "Junkyard" skins. I'm just really mad over the fact that we get gypped out of actually creative and interesting harrowing skins that we have seen in the past.

Pumpkin Bard, Necro Azir are two we should have gotten.

In my opinion the skins look pretty damn good, just not in line with Halloween. If I owned all the champs I'd buy every skin just for how good they look from what I've seen.

They don't look like vandals at all,they look more like they are from some sort of post-apocalyptic world.

Though I agree they aren't the most halloweenish skins(I actually wonder why they didn't simply delay demon vi),but we've had worse ones already(like officer vi)

the only good skin that came out for this event was the nunu and I gotta arguably one of my favorite skins released by riot. The other ones tho seem more like a reference to borderlands which I guess its cool but kinda of a letdown for a hallowheen themed skins. The Pantheon is basically a Singed cosplay skin.

Not much of a Borderlands reference.. dystopian, sure, but not Borderlands. They're disappointing in general, and feel more like Mad Max than zombie apocalypse or Harrowing.

How on God's green earth do you see "singed" at all? He looks more like someone from a post apocalyptic setting. Which is probably what the point was. It's actually a pretty cool skin. The Jinx skin reminds me of something like Tank girl more than borderlands.

A spiked shield, a tank on his back and a similar color scheme. That's most of what feels unique about Singed's model right now.

Singed has a wood tower shield. Pantheon has a metal round shield. Putting spikes on it doesn't make it "A signed shield look a like" Maybe if it had a similar spike pattern or was changed to be a tower shield. "tanks on his back" Signed has a giant green vial on his back. Pantheon has 2 small fire estingushers. I mean if we are going with "things on the back" make someone looks like singed does that mean zombie Nunu looks like signed. I mean they both have green.

and the similar color scheme is green and purple. pretty sure you can find a few champions with that color scheme. It's kind of hard to make that scheme unique.

The problem is, SAYING something is along those lines doesn't match up with the visual/feel of said champions. That is the thing people seem to be against here. It would be like saying Maurader line are = Zombie Slayers. Doesn't feel like it.

They can say that, but it seems like the greater majority of people got Mad Max or other themes from it rather than Zombie Slayer without being told otherwise.

if they get Mad Max, then that is probably because it is the media item most currently set in their minds with designs like this. When I look at these designs I remember the OLD game "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" and more closer to modern titles like the Dead Rising series

I can't get mad because I got Underworld Wukong last year for myself.. but yeah, I don't get why would Panth get a new skin when he has like a fuckload of them and Jinx I kinda understand, she's popular now, etc. And none of those skins are "spooky" like last year, but hey can't be always the same.

2 at least people dress up as pirates on halloween and not punk style people who look just like the vandals

Teacher and Pirate costumes are pretty common, and it they fit with the Harrowing trend of champions in Halloween costumes, like Kitty Cat Katarina, Mundo Mundo, Haunting Nocturne, etc.

I'm pretty sure Slayer Jinx and Slayer Pantheon are not in costume, but are actually equipped to fight the zombie apocalypse.

I expected necromancer azir and underworld lissandra/cassiopeia guys u cant say that those 2 names are not epic. Srsly compare ravenborn to slayer jinx .... yes jinx ' one is bullshit compared to epic godly ravenborn leblanc. I hope we get some good skins to compensate.

I'm sure I'm the minority here, but I actually like these three skins. Obviously this year's event is going to be about a zombie outbreak. These two slayer skins are most likely the first in this newly developed dual skin line. Now instead of just zombies, you'll also have their counterparts, the "zombie"-slayers.

They are not "costumed" skins like some of the others from previous years. They are "zombie outbreak" themed. I for one can't wait until there are at least 5 zombie skins and at least 5 slayer skins so you can do full 5v5 games in this theme :D These slayer skins fit PERFECTLY as the opposite skins in this duo! Riot did an amazing job designing them!

This community will always complain. Everyone will bitch and moan about not getting what they want. I agree that there are so many awesome concepts out there for Harrowing skins, but all that does is snuff out any cool skins that ACTUALLY come out. I would say that the biggest reason the community loved the Vi and Brand skins so much is just because they came out of nowhere. They weren't consumed by this over-hyped event.

Keep up the good work Riot, you're skin team is absolutely amazing!
