Bud Light1 votesall you have to do is kite him... if your support is good nasus wont even get the chance to hit the adc... also pick an engage champion like malphite/nautilas/shen and roam early.... if your pushing in a nasus to his turret once you hit 6 roam mid... he most likely wont follow you because most nasus players are greedy for stacks... not trying to sound mean but nasus is a joke in high elo he is equivalent to trash tier. The only real problems people have with him is low elo (gold-bronze) because top laners don't roam at all they will sit in lane and watch their minions die to tower for 30 seconds instead of trying to make a play

actually he got a lot better with new righteous glory and it's quite hard to stop him he is viable in any elo, just his play rate is extremely low in diamond+ and the number of dedicated nasus players is even lower

he doesnt build it early, he's does at mid game when he has the biggest influence of the game. perhaps you haven't seen any decent nasus players

There are so many better champs to pick than nasus. His team needs to be even/ahead early for him to win so he can make it to the 400+stack mark to be useful and even then he will be kited unless somebody else on your team has decent engage or the enemy team has no cc and in high elo.... he will always be cc'd to death

i had 72% win rate with him when i left diamond so believe me, righteous glory would make this % higher. it's really perfect item for him, especially with it's low price

WalkingInACircle1 votesDon't try so hard. Seriously. Nasus got a lot easier for me to handle when I stopped trying to 100% wall him. He's going to get some stacks no matter what, and no matter how many he gets he'll still be a single target melee whose shut down by a bit of peel. Just slow him down with good trades and be sure to collect your own cs as much as possible.
DrDiaga1 votesAs all of the above stated. You won't stop him getting stacks, but you can get him. Behind and later go join your team and accomplish stuff while he tries to catch up, and loses the game via 4v5
