Sated has its own on-hit 50 magic damage BoTRK chunks away 8% current health as phys damage per hit Shyvana has 2 more on-hits inherent in her kit; some extra magic damage that scales with your Attack Damage (W), and %Max HP as Magic Damage (E).

Don't forget that in Dragon Form, Q has an AOE strike radius which will strike everyone in that radius with at least 3 on-hits, and that E also gains AOE

All in all, Shyvana procs on-hits 16 times on one target in the span of one Auto > Q, or 24 procs with one extra Auto (at highly increases attack-speed due to BotRK and Devour). Or, Shyvana can procs 9 on-hits instantly to anyone caught in AOE Q
