Can enemy champions still be considered isolated even when they have minions? It would really help 
burst down squishes trying to push a lane with the extra isolated damage. I mean obviously the only way for them NOT to be considered isolated is when another enemy champion is near your intended target.

Dark Nephthys1 votesI don't think Khazix or Any AD assassins should get a buff yet until the new Assassin item comes out. If they did get buffs before the item comes out, then when the item comes out they will be considered op and get nerfed, and then the item would get nerfed a few times and in the end leaves some AD assassins in an even worse state then they're right now (not saying they are in a bad state, but obviously riot thinks so if they are making a new item for them.)

Lane Kha'zix would once again be a thing and considering the current ratio on his Q and evolved Q, that would be ridiculous to play against.
