A Suggestion With Adc Items

I’ll keep it short, since the boards have become kinda spammy with this topic. While adcs are strong I only think a few item nerfs can put them in a decent spot.

1. Change Statikk and RFC’s charge mechanic. They should be building up this empowered auto during a fight, not out of combat just by moving around. Also maybe nerfing the combined damage they do if you choose to stack them.

2. Flat out nerf lethality on ranged champs. Assassins finally feel strong imo and I’d hate to see a nerf to the items because adc’s are abusing them.
