Kalista should not be able to ult CC'd allies

It allows her to save an ally who was caught out of position with the press of a key, while the enemy team, who was just taking advantage of the enemies misplay, can do nothing, and instead has to backoff because their CC is down.

And it can be on a 36 second CD late game. Combine this with her safety, slow + potential knock up on her ult, an ability that allows for scouting and % max hp magic damage, Kalista can very well play one of the most bullshit supports out there.

She can build full tank especially since she can get this and help her ADC's damage while being completely safe.

Something needs to go from this champ, and being able to pull a CC'd enemy is something I would like to see gone from her
