Mercury's Tread Description and Ahri Charm

Would it be possible to change the tooltip (I think that is what they are called lol) to include "charm" amidst the various different forms of crowd control? I find it strange that the charm is not listed in Merc Treads description yet people tell me that tenacity does affect charm. I think this change could really help game clarity as I am often confused if Merc Treads would actually be a good purchase or not when facing Ahri. The current passive description on the boots is as follows:

UNIQUE Passive: Tenacity: The duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, silences, blinds and immobilizes are reduced by 30%.
