Winning lane but losing game as top Quinn

Currently 0W/3L. Also, the losses haven't been due to not having a tank on the team, they're due to feeding teammates. How many more losses should I be willing to see before I start winning?

Its whoever has more tanks wins. Doesnt matter who wins lane. You can destroy the enemys tank in lane and they will win the teamfight cuz they have tank and cc and you dont.

Please read the OP. I mentioned that it wasn't due to not having a tank.

I did read. Why do you think your teammates "feed"? Because the other team has tanks and you dont.

Lol no, they had no tanks. That's why I specifically mentioned that we didn't lose due to not having tanks. Ryze top, Rengar top, Graves top.

This isn't League of Tanks anymore, particularly given how well ADCs can shred tanks nowadays. A tank is important, but having two tanks to your enemy's one isn't necessarily going to improve your odds of winning.

Quinn wins lane and roams hard to snowball other lanes. If she fails to do that she will lose games.

She obviously falls off because she doesnt have a ultimate skill.

No tank. All 10 players in the 3 games I've played as Quinn were squishies.
