Riven should be retuned

Broken wings: Can only use second cast if the first one hits a champion, can only use the third if the second hits.

She still instakills anyone (might need more nerfs), but she won't be able to escape that easily now.

while many people say that riven is ballanced and i agree with them i am unsatisfied with the kind of ballance riven has ... either she dominates or dies trying

the change that you propose has its merits and its downsides

a merit is that riven gets to have a clearer focus in her kit ... she is all offense, thats what everyone knows ... but right now her offense is tied to mobility with no limitations to either ... so she gets to have a solid load of power in areas that arent offense just because of the nature of her skillset

a downside is that by solidyfying her in offense she might need a compensation ...which is a risky area to step in as her compensation will have to make her relevant in all matchups while not pushing her to be a master of every matchup possible due to her skill cap

personaly i would like to see how that change would turn out ... because it isnt a simple gut to riven ... in fact it doesnt reduce her power by much as she still has that e dash ... it just cuts the power that shouldnt realy be there for a champion like her (a champion who is meant to fight and be rather relentless in chase isnt meant to turn his tail and run away with the speed of light)

Because anyone who disagrees with you has got to be a filthy Riven main?? I mean, I'm a Riven main and I agree she could use some tuning, but straight up removing her mobility without some serious survivalbility compensation is essentially a gut, not a nerf and most certainly not a tune up.

Rather than just bashing, could you instead think about how you could make such changes usable?

we discuss a tweak ... numerical ballance is something we need to leave in riot's hands

also we have 0 capability to predict how much compensation riven will need ... we dont even know if she will need some
