Can we not buff Karthus?

He really needs one though. His W is nothing. Q only deals real damage when it hit only 1 target. E is mana hungry so unless you die or are in the center of team fights you usually never use it. R is the best ability he has and with so many champions (not all included but the main) and items that have or now counter it it is difficult to use effectivly.

Like he isnt realy viable in rift anymore unless you've pretty much mastered him.

Karthus suffers a lot from being designed for slower-paced long-duration matches. He can still be good in the right hands, but if he's camped for ganks or hard-countered his contributions to the team are very minimal.
