However Idk why you'd pick him over so many other supports when he's a top laner. But bond of stone like all keystones buffs every champion. Glad I could clear that up for you.

He probs just likes shen, also shen works really with twitch who has a 54% winrate atm. Once Shen hits lvl 6 he can ult twitch while he is camouflaged and shen can make a stealth taunt engage to get a cheeky kill. Sure shen isn't a proper support but if you know what you're doing you can set up a cheesy kill lane.
