Gonna start playing Riven again... but I need help

I have a chunk of her combos down, such as the fast combo and other flash + Ult/W plays or whatever, but I'm really looking for build advice. I dont really know what to build on her.

For runes, I always take conqueror with triumph, tenacity, and the low health enemy champions one, with shield bash and bone plating for secondary. Obviously this changes slightly based on my matchup and enemy team comp, but thats the main rune page for me. Do you suggest any changes?

I usually always max E first, then Q, then W, and R whenever I can. I think maxing E goes well with shield bash. However, when I'm fed I begin to max Q, just for the extra damage, followed by E and W.

Now the part that I have trouble with: items. Normally I always rush Deaths Dance unless Im against a tank, in which I rush Black Cleaver. I have heard that most AD items are good on her, but Im sure some are better than others, and thats why I made this post, because I dont know which are better. My ideal final build is . Can anyone help me out?
