Why Was Fiora Hotfixed?
I understand that she may have been weak, but such a quick hotfix completely goes against what has recently been done as far as champion balance. Bard was released with a win rate hovering around 38-42% win rate, about the same as Fiora rework on release, but had to wait 2 patches before getting anywhere close to the amount of buffs Fiora had from the hotfix. Am I missing something? Was Fiora's win rate really that bad that within a week or so of releasing her, she had to be hotfixed?
