Can we take a moment to think about how terribly designed that is? You legit can't trade against him at all in lane. Oh, and once he buys a bf sword, they become 200 damage autos while other adcs maybe get 120 at best.

On a side note... Draven -is- designed to be a lane bully. Just like how oppressive Caitlyn is with her f*cking traps and range. The deal with Draven however, is he -needs- to get kills. And he's designed to scale very early. The problem with him is if the enemy just doesn't engage and plays safe he won't be able to get ahead and he will fall behind. If he tries to force a fight, he'll be incredibly out of position and can be easily punished for it.

Not really. Draven has pretty comparable burst to other strong adcs. The difference is that he's a lane bully with a passive that makes him snowball even easier.

What does this even mean? Late game = everyone is close to full build. Kills can never affect how strong a champ is late game.

I don't think either are broken. I find yasuo annoying, but not broken. Lee is fine as long as you dodge his Q, you're pretty okay 9/10. As a Lux main, Lee is no problem if I just you know, dodge his Q. Yasuo is naturally a pain for me because of who I play, but by no means is he broken. If that were true, pros would spam the shit out of him.
