Meanwhile I can play him just fine, and the only time I'll ever lose is when my idoit fuckwits bot lane deicde they are gunna push my turret before 20 minutes and then take all my farm so I get zero AP end up feeding so they can blame me for the loss even though we had no tank

but when I am allowed to farm my Q and my team doesnt fuck me up OH BOY IM GUNNA GET FED TONIGHT

You're missing the point. Just because you can deal with a lessened version of Veigar doesn't mean it's a good thing to have Veigar lessened. He wasn't even a high end pick to begin with.

Yeh, people always exaggerate nerfs but I do believe he still needs some help. But I think Riot is moving in the right direction with him. If anyone believed his style of gameplay was healthy for the game than they are bs'ing themselves A 0 cast time massive aoe stun and all his other abilities being unavoidable deletion he either went two ways in game. Horrible cause he got stomped in laning phase or unstoppable deleter if he survived the laning phase. Riot is adding counterplay to his abilities which is great but he definitely still needs some work to get him in the right place and they shouldn't be as afraid to buff him anymore because he has counterplay now.
