How the Darius rework could be focused on Darius making his enemies bleed out, hear me out.

Now before I start before you hit that downvote because you've seen me spam Darius threads on boards or just in general hate Darius, at least take the time to read this. I won't say keep his current kit(excluding his R, it defines him as a character) nor will I say this idea is the best for Darius, it's how it COULD go.

Is a general in Noxus who through his strength, smarts, and brutality, has earned a reputation as one of the most powerful and brutal men alive. He was orphaned as a child and had to take care of Draven all by himself. He protected Draven and would hunt down and murder anybody who touched Draven as he is his only family left. Though Darius proved worthy in terms of strength, he also did his homework in how to battle by studying the human body to find the locations that would kill effectively.

He's no soldier who just hacks away at an enemy hoping for them to die, no he specifically targets blood vessels in order to make his enemies bleed and turn the battle for himself. Though he is smart, he is very brutal, he will never let you get away from him nor will he go down easy, and if he gets you weak enough, he will execute you with his famous Noxian Guillotine. Not only is he a very brutal warrior, but also a source of inspiration for all of his soldiers who fight along with him. This is why he is a general and is known as the Hand of Noxus, though people fear him, they also look up to him as he is their source to carve a path forward.

Now how does this tie in with his rework? To cut to the chase he is focused on making his enemies bleed out before executing them. How would this work out? Have you seen any horror movies or anything in general where a person gets some nasty cut or gets a blood vessel cut? What do they usually do besides say they're in pain? They get weaker, they can't do what they did at full strength, and they can in extreme cases, no longer see or be able to do anything. Darius's kit could be unique in this very way; he cuts your blood vessels open to make you no longer fight at full strength before finally executing you.

His passive if this route would go down must exceed 5, that's just too small. His crippling strike could grow in effectiveness with more stacks on the enemy because he has cut so many vessels, getting a major artery would really suck for the person. Not only in slow could it increase, but in damage. His E, he hones his axe to cut his enemies more cleanly, you can remove the armor pen but make it easier to apply stacks or make it gives bonuses to the stacks, something along those lines.
