A LeaveBuster is worth it. And to be honest, I don't blame him. Having to start the game vs a laner, two kills worth of gold ahead is near impossible to survive. The only exceptions are if the kills went on a tank or a support. A tank's most valuable asset is his utility, not his stats. A 0-9 Malphite is just as useful as a 9-0 Malphite.

It's not even the fact that he has two kills over me, it's how he fucking got it.

How the fuck in diamond are people still dying to invades. This is iron level shit.

The enemy JG level 2 flash ganking me was just the icing on top, like fuck that, game isn't worth my time.

I hope he got more than a leaver buster. He ruined 9 players time and deserves punishment equal to atleast all of the time wasted. So I would say atleast 3 hours. 15 minutes for the time it takes to be able to surrender and then 5 for the queue, lobby, lobby and load screen. So all that times 9 for each player.

They weren't thinking about his fun when they decided to give him an impossible lane by feeding. Why should he care about ruin their experience. Sounds fair to me.

Riot can fix this you know. They could reduce how hopeless it when you're forced to play from behind by a feeding, troll or trash team.
