The new bounty system feels really good for solo carrying @Riot

I really don't like the jungle changes, but the bounty changes are really good.

Getting a fat 650 gold shut down feels SO good, and definitely increases your ability to solo-carry the game.

I had a game where my bot lane was feeding hard and enemy twitch was 4/0 and Brand 3/0. I got a kill on both as Ekko, got a fat shut down, and then was able to personally make sure he stayed down the rest of the game, instead of giving a lot of that gold to my team mates who might've just done nothing with it.

Also its not like you can give up 2-3 shut downs in a row anymore, so it feels like its harder to throw when you get focused and killed a couple of times.
