Is nocturne a sleeper op jg

So I played nocturne like a week ago to try him out and in all those games, I did pretty good. Then I see high elo players also being successful with him (like you would expect). I also looked at his winrate. It's the 4yh highest winrate for jg. The meta for jg atm is divers. Like we have vi and hecarim at the top. Both are divers for sure. They build bruiser. Nocturne has a bit more burst with his abilities. I ult to someone and throw my shit at them and reduce them to 1/4th hp then aa them to death. I go as on him. I'll build bloodrazor, botrk, and triforce. Then the rest is ad/bruiser items. Is nocturne a sleeper op.

Far from OP... His lategame is worse than any other carry jg or bruiser jg, his pre 6 ganks are garbage, he suffers vs decent supports and teams with dashes.

Is his late game worse than Pantheon or Lee Sin. Both of them have shit late games and both can jg. They have really bad late games. They have to snowball early and end fast. If he's worse than those 2 then you can say he has the worst late game out of any jg. And I did say 4th highest jg winrate.

Pantheon and Lee are play like assasins, not like carries or tanky dps.

he has great clears but that's it. His pre 6 ganks are attrocious unless the enemy is overextended asfck but even a ww can gank an overextended player. also his lategame is trash unless he goes full ad to oneshot someone at least imo. His midgame is decent around lvl 11-13 but that's it
