I understand the concept of it. You're supposed to be able to use your 'q' mid air before you even hit the ground. But for some reason, I just can't get the timing down. So can someone explain to me when the correct time to use your 'q' is?

Skid1131 votesok i can see where your confusion is coming from on this the answer is really quite simple though, you can not Q mid air, what your thinking of is while you are in the air you can proc one of your abilitys to cast as soon as you land, which makes it seem as though you are Qing mid air, this is fairly recent update, closer to the end of season 6 where as before you had to wait to land before you proc the ability 
forever foralways.
five oh tree 1 votesUnless it's been changed recently, you CAN q in midair if you're jumping over them. It's not proc'ing the ability or something. Look at the video XTRMNooB1337 posted, it shows it.
