Buff Ekko's base mana per level.

I know people will downvote me if I say that his early game sucks, which it does, vs some matchups(Irelia), so would it be so much to ask for a late game buff? You won't be buffing his damage any more. You see, Ekko usually only gets 1 mana item, which is Lich Bane. This item only gives 250 mana. Sometimes, Ekko gets Mejai's soul stealer, which gives 200 mana. It feels so horrible to run out of mana during a teamfight, which happens pretty often(about 1/3rd of all teamfights). He is not meta, he is not OP, this buff will not make him meta or OP, but it will help him out a lot.

Ekko is already pretty strong (I am/was an Ekko main, so I would know) in his current state.

In his early game, I usually conserve mana, rarely using abilities, playing passively (especially against counter match-ups). I'd suggest starting with a Corrupting Potion on Ekko rather than a Doran's Ring for the extra early game mana/health and burn damage when you are trading with the enemy laner. By the late game, I rarely run low on mana so I wouldn't understand how you can be running low frequently.

But a buff on my main would be nice. :)

Cool, but how about buffing his early Q damage by 5 so he can 2 Q the caster minions? Back in season 7 he could 2 Q the wave, but now he can't. What do you think?

It would be a nice buff to Ekko, but Ekko can kill the caster minions with one entire Q once he has enough items.
