After these nerfs, I can finally say he is balanced.

Perma ban is the best balance

They won't be satisfied until he's unplayable, and even then they'll still keep banning him because "hurr durr don't want my teammates to pick him"

Funny how griefing a teammate in champ select and intentionally banning out their pick is considered a bad thing, but this shit community accepts griefing Yasuo players as no problem

He still has infinite mobility, free shield, free double crit chance, free bullsh-- wall that blocks every ultimate in the game

He's still ban worthy till they CHANGE his kit. Remove is shield, make him use mana, remove his wall, otherwise he's ban worthy.

I mean in the same patch Tabi got nerfed and that wasnt really a nerf you feel when playing against him, tho I think it was kind of big.
