So when is Lee getting removed from the League?

Rhetorical question, but we have to face it. Lee Sin is just impossible to balance, no amount of tweaks will ever make him balanced. Nothing less than a rework will fix how broken this champion is.

He could sit at a winrate lower than Aatrox (/cry) yet still be broken. He WILL ruin your games, whether he is on the enemy side or on yours.

Also Broken =/= Overpowered.

This champion has just too much outplay potential to make him weak in good hands, he could deal zero damage and he'd still be picked by pro Lee players for the plays he can force as he out-maneuvers champions with low mobility.

Any Lee Sin that fail at his job is actually dead weight for his team. There literally is no way for a bad Lee player to contribute for the team. I don't think i know any other champion that can influence the outcome of the game as much as Lee Sin.

Also ''Lee Sin syndrome'': A god that outplays you, towerdives you and kick you toward his teammates while dealing tons of damage while you're a sitting duck when he's on the enemy side, or a derp that miss every Q and gets one-shoted by anything that hits him when he's on your side.
