Can we please have an item that breaks through shields quicker
Or let penetration items do more damage to shields?
I'm very annoyed when I'm about to kill someone a support runs in press E or W giving 400+ health shield plus locket

Hethalean1 votesOn this note, Meddler and (shit i forget his name) appeared on Scarra/Imaqtpie Beyond the Rift segment last week and talked about shielding. They mentioned a couple of non solidified ideas on handling the over shielding issue. It was interesting, and would probably be worth a watch. Sadly I don't remember where it was in the video, so I can't reliably help you narrow down in the 2 hours. I think it was latter half though.
