JackMcSnipeyz7 votesTwitch E nerfed. Vayne Ult AD nerfed. Tristana ult nerf, more nerfs in PBE including range and early game Q. Kog' nerfed (even after the rebuff an overall nerf). Witts end and Frozen mallet nerfed for range. Kalista nerfed range and E early. Precision giving split stata instead of mostly Attack speed which benefits adc a lot more.
But hey why look up and read notes when you can simply shitpost with your buzzword bank instead of having an actual arguement.

Sorry to break it to you, marksman in some form will always be taken, even when they are the shittiest to play they still offer the unique role of sieging and Objective taking no other class has and no amount of whining will change that, it's literaly one of the game's core design.
So i suggest either leaving the game or learning to play, whichever will make you happy and supress the need to shitpost your horribly bias threads/comments.

Lifesteal is way better than spell vamp.
ADC's always build lifesteal.

exists. It is the only spellvamp item. It is core on Akali.
So going back to your broken point.

The problem is it was completely essential to some champions, and if it was weak they were weak. When spell vamp was strong, other characters abused it, resulting in a loop of nerf buff nerf buff and it was balance hell.
The issue isn't here anymore since Gunblade is a mixed item with only (15% ?) healing on abilities. Now very select characters can afford to build it, and most of them dont do it for the spellvamp, but for the burst and mixed stats.

Sasogwa1 votesSorry man but as much as I think adc's are broken and completely warp the game around them to the point one class is specifically dedicated to their protection and several items even runes have to be made separate for melee and range, you don't need to put these 'keywords' like that. Maybe one or two in the post to manifest your anger but we're not here on a hate crusade either
