how hard will my silver 5 promos be

so im b1 and i just hit 100 lp. im like an illegal alien trying to hop the boarder which are the 5 placements to the us which is silver. and Donald Trump wants to make that wall impenetrable and i hear that's what its like n those 5 games. anyways ive never made it this far. in s7 i was hardstuck b4 until the runes update came and i then got as high as b2 and now im b1. ive come a long way since 2 years ago when i first started ranked. b5 0lp is wood divison but b1 100 lp is plastic division. anyways is playing these 3-5 games as hard as people say or is it just a meme where once you get to b1 100 lp, you aint going nowhere
