Small buffs that would fix shen for ever!
1-Make his W scale with max hp or bonus hp! Scaling with AP when he is a tank its just old very old this is not 2010 rito step up your game!
2-Make his Q energy cost 30 or 40! Because having 60 energy cost on his only damaging ability its dosent feel good..special if you consider that his E cost 100 energy you pretty much if you try to use E-W-Q you dont have energy to use anything else for 5 seconds..not cool rito not cool special when we have zed/lee/akali that can spam their abilities and still having energy!
3-Give him MR per lvl! Back in some post similiar to that some "special" person from riot say "well shen cant have mr per lvl because he have a shield that absorb damage" first shen W have no scaling if you build him Tank so that mean the only shield that shen take is the base value 220...yeap 220 and because shen can absorb 220 damage he dosent get mr per lvl...when riven and all other champs who have shields and they have scaling too they get MR per lvl but shen cant? really rito? really?
Riot we have 2015 step up your game and fix shen i know that you people destroy shen because he was a good pick on LCS but of course he was a boring pick and he wasent make any "lcs big play" because he was a tank that he was just split pushing so people wasent throw money on their screen! So i dont say to buff his R cooldown (The primary reason why he was an LCS pick) i say fix his other kit! Allow shen to be able to lane! to have MR and to have SCALE into late game!
And 4-This is something that its not needed but its a cool idea give shen some MAX HP damage but only against monster! In this way he would be a top laner and a jungler! something like "Q deal extra 8% of monster max hp" (Cap 300 damage)
