Serious question for Riot.

Because riot doesn't enforce the meta, and people are free to use their sightstoneless strategies to get to whatever MMR their strategy warrants.

If you are a strong player you will naturally rise to the level where people build correctly.

Or look at it this way, you are statistically more likely to face more badly built opponents than you get badly built allies because only 80% of your team can fuck up, since you're the other 20%.

So the takeaway from that observation is, stop blaming others because you are 20% of your team and 0% of the enemy team. Statistics are in your favor if you just focus on self improvement, making good macro calls, and taking team morale into consideration when you communicate.

Yes, team morale is huge. Don't take shots at your ally's confidence until after the game. Chances are you'll match against them next game rather than with them (I mean, there are 5 slots on the other side and 4 on your side) so make sure to rip them a new one... that is, if you choose the path of darkness.

So I mean, it's all about the slight statistical advantages and focusing on yourself, and grinding it out until the RNG evens out.

The enemy team also has 5 chances of there being a smurf while your team only has 4. I'm using data just like you

Then get better than the smurfs. Literally all you have to do is get good and grind it out. Focus on what you have control over. Do your research, broaden your champion pool, learn your matchups, learn not to tilt, etc etc etc

It's basic common sense. People need to stop complaining in this community, it's a waste of energy that could be put towards bettering oneself.

Except that's not how the game works this season.

Personal skill doesn't matter very much right now. If I'm playing against a 10-0 assassin or ADC, I'm going to die instantly with little to no counter play. If I'm playing against a 10-0 assassin and my team has no Sightstone, I'm doubly fucked. The same issue applies with bad match-ups; the reality is that many match ups are completely one sided, no matter how well you play.

Also, the issue with Sightstone is because of auto-fill. These people know how to build correctly, but they don't care.

Why are you even posting? You have no ranked experience in this season.

The basic fact that you are 20% of your team doesn't change. You're acting like the other team will always be good and your team will always be bad. Where is the statistical basis for that?

And you have no credibility here because you've always been a whiner. It's not just this season. One of these days maybe you'll realize that on a very fundamental level, the game isn't going to change for you and that you have to grow as a player if you want to experience any kind of improvement in your ranking or the quality of your games.

In pro games I literally see everyone buying vision wards regardless.

And that ardent censor is so strong right now.
