It's almost like Ryze was already full build with even Deathcap and nuking a squishy who had no MR items or something.
Also, Ryze is never said to be weak in late game.

Ezreal has completely 0 MR items & Ryze has a complete 6 items AP builds. Imo, nothing wrong with that. Ezreal didn't even bother building Hexdrinker.
But we shouldn't nerf him because low elo ryze mains won't be able to play him well!!!!!1111
Ryze is busted in late but not weak enough in early to justify being THAT busted. He deserve some early or late nerfs. Not both.
Yeh, Ryze isnt supposed to be a Burst mage. He is a supposed to be a Mage that does consistent damage output with low Cooldowns and a lack of Ultimate ability.
There are mages who are Burst mages who cannot out burst a ryze. Happens I guess when damage across the board is just nuts.
I'd like if they buffed his early game a bit and nerfed his late game.
Like a lower cooldown on his Q early but Longer later. Or something.

I personally love when a level 9 Ryze can deal 2/3 of my healthbar with one full combo and shield most of the damage I want to do. All while having built 0 damage yet.
