i thought of a way to make supports more fun/usefull/ and help with the burst damage meta

make a item chain that is linked with exhaust like smite is to the jungle items. make exhaust more frequent but reduce its power by alot. then you can make some very powerful support items without worrying about other lanes abusing them. also with the new queue system you could link it right to the role you chose if exhaust became overbearing. anyways there could be an item that split health between the support and a linked allied champion or something like that.
