I feel like nocturne would need a small buff!

I mean i dont know if noc ever become good with devourer but now that devourer is getting nerfed on the next patch we can agree that noc need some very small buffs!!

Examples

1-His R CD need be a little better the skill have 2.30 minutes for 2500 range non global ulti is kinda too much...i mean come on!! 2-His Passive heal could easily scale AD not too much just a little bit so if you build AD to get some extra heal! (Plus would help him on the jungle too i mean his jungle sustain is meh...) 3-His Base stats! noc is a champ that he is supposed to jump in to the enemies with his ulti and he have some of the loweest base stats for a jungler~! I mean if you see VI because she need to jump in to the enemies with her ulti have better base stats and a shield on her passive!!

This Buffs i can assure you would not make noc "OP" simple because there alot better jungle options and he fail late game way too hard so his buffs would would help!!
