Welcome to patch 7.2 Teemo We feel Teemo has been underperforming in his role as a tilt machine, so we've decided to beef up his kit a tiny bit to help him get back into the normal routine after being gone for so long Q - Blinding Dart: Now with Actual Blind!: Teemo's blinding dart now actually removes vision from the target That's gotta sting! : Damage increased to 100/200/300/400/500 +1000% TF(Tilt factor) W - Move Quick: Evil Laughing Intensifies : Teemo now periodically laughs whenever running towards a champion (Both ally and Enemy) Creeping Doom : Teemo now runs 50% Faster for every 900 units he runs towards an enemy champion globally
