Because it just feels like the Thunderlord Decree is nothing more but a straight buff for assasins and especially Leblanc. I have faced her 4x now and each time she snowballs out of control. Her Lv4 burst got even stronger than before. After 2 kills she can already OS me without any counterplay. It seems almost impossible not to feed her now. QW+mastery and I die. Am I the only one or is she just beyond broken now?

Posui Gart1 votesYou either outrange her or outdamage her, thats all you can do to counter her. If you are long-ranged-try not to stay in range for her Q so she has to WQE that is not that easy to do. If you have CC-you can punish her for engaging (getting hit by Lux Q while dashing only to get AA-E-AA is painful, as well as Xerath's EWQ with E thrown at the dashing LB) If you are melee-use your time when her W is on cd. Yasuo and Fizz can block her incoming burst. Chogath can sustain and disrupt her combo. Talon can counterburst her. Zed can dodge her W with his W and follow with doubleshuriken thrown at her and her return point so she can't dodge them.
runedara1 votesSome match ups are just hard vs Leblanc. One way is to shove her hard to force her to use spells to farm. And lvl point and click abilitys above skill shots just to trade better.
