Taric rework is boring.
I don't know if i got my hopes too high, but his rework just feels.... Really underwhelming. Also i'm not talking about balance here.
His visual rework is perfect, couldn't have made him better.
His heal is more engaging with it's charge system, alright.
His shield... What? He has TWO point and click sustain abilities??? They removed his old armor pen burst to give him that? At least make it intetesting. Why not a short range skillshot that shields ally and shreds enemies.
I feel sad about his stun. Taric used to be the guy you picked if you want a tanky champ with a reliable point and click CC. He was good to counter mobility creep. Now he's weak against anyone who can dodge his stun easily. Riot said once that that they considered making it a charm similar to Ahri, actualy giving him a unique ability.
His ult just seems like a failed attempt at making a game-changing ult like Bard or Londres, but that tiens out to be a fire-and-forget ability.
Granted i haven't played him that much, but he just doesn't feel satisfying anymore. All his damage comes from his passive, etc.
