I want to congratulate those who undermined valid complaints by saying "but it's pre-season"

We have arrived at patch 8.3 and the game might arguably be even worse off than previously.

Congratulations. You've literally made League a worse place to be and play.

But its not like its mid season. Jk jk this community is bad at times. Its preseason should never be a valid complaint. But then again its pbe is also which is literally the last testing grounds.

Bruh I can have 3 afks and 1 toxic player on my team and the enemy is saying "IT'S PBE WHY DO YOU CARE, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE TESTING THINGS." Like... how am I supposed to test ANYTHING when I can't play the damn game!!!?
