I want Teemo to tumble when using W out of stealth in a bush, it will never happen and Teemo is fine where he is, but, it would be so friggin cute to see him do a little roll while yelling: "Captain Teemo on duty!"

Just remove his MS boost and give him tumble, though keep the passive MS. Balanced xD

Well it wouldn't really be a problem if it only occured from out of a bush and as long as it wasn't a big tumble.

I'm all for giving the hamster mostly worthless technically buffs like this to take out his obnoxious traits. I'll take teemo rolling out of brush to pelt some fast attacks for a couple of seconds over constantly losing my health during laning for having the gall to think I should be able to kill a single minion.

Give him 0.5% missing mana regen per second while stealthed too to make his mushrooms do 12.5% less damage.
