Tear need's a fix in the way it stacks

The way archangel's staff stacks if basically like tear's big brother so people who would syngergize well with tear will simply syngergize even better with archangel's staff. But manamune's stacking method is distinctly different from tear with the thought that it is more geared for AD single target attack/AA type champs, but they wouldn't want to ever go for it because before they get to manamune they can't stack it the same way that Ez could stack tear (and by that same point archangel if he decided to go for AP build). If tear were to also gain the ability to stack off of basic attacks like manamune I think there would be more AD champs that would consider this item in their builds.
