Step 3: jungle and mid lane gank bot
Step 4: take tower. Easy 400 gold
Step 5: take dragon
Step 6: all mid and push till game is won

You shouldn't be doing this to snowball currently. As a jungler the best way to snowball currently is to gank top, get a kill, and come back right after they TP in. You do this and shutdown their top laner. At that point you are so fed that you can stomp mid and bot as the jungler. If you can do this consistently as a jungler you will win so many games. It isn't as efficient to gank bot early though because of how many more options they have to escape.

Unless the enemy team has a teemo that is smart to shroom all lanes to stop players from pushing. Right now teemo is the best champ in the game that can control the waves. You can call players trolls for playing him, but I have seen teemo players play better than any other champ. And at the end of the day if a teemo wins your game, and not your yasu, or ekko then you care more about what other players do than winning the match.
