Miss Fortune; A Gameplay Update

These ideas will try to focus Miss Fortune on being more of a caster marksman than she already is, and her marksman and mage form both should be intact. Whether I changed something or not, I will state everything.

Attack Speed: 0.680 +4% per level [increase in attack speed] Basic Attack Range: 550 [unchanged]

Strut (Passive): After 5 seconds of not losing health to non-periodic damage, Miss Fortune gains 25 bonus movement speed, which increases by 8 each second up to a maximum of 70 bonus movement speed.

Double Up (Q): Cooldown: 9/7.5/6/4.5/3 seconds; Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 Mana; Range: 650 / 500 units Miss Fortune fires a shot through the target enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing (+100%AD)(+25%AP) physical damage to the first target and (+120/130/140/150/160%AD)(+40%AP) physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both and both can critically strike.

Impure Shots (W): Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 seconds; Cost: 35 Mana Passive: Miss Fortune's basic attacks deal 6% total attack damage or 6% ability power, depending on which value is greater, as bonus magic damage on-hit which stacks up to 5 times.

Active: Refresh Double Up's cooldown and cause the next Double Up and the Impure Shots applied with it within 2 seconds to change its damage type based on your greater penetration, both deal physical damage if penetration values are equal to each other. Additionally, Strut is renewed and becomes immune of losing the effect for the next 2 seconds.

Make it Rain (E): Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 80 Mana; Range: 800 units Miss Fortune rains hundreds of bullets down onto the target area, which begin landing after a 0.5-second delay. This area lasts for 2 seconds, slowing enemies within by 30/40/50/60/70% and dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+50%AP) magic damage over the duration in 0.25 second intervals. Additionally, each interval of damage applies a stack of Impure Shots to struck enemies, but deals one-third damage from Make it Rain.

Bullet Time (R): Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 1400 units Passive: Impure Shots' maximum stacks increases by 1/2/3.

Active: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets in a cone in front of her. Each wave deals 50/75/125(+10%AP) physical damage and applies Impure Shots to all affected enemies.

The changes are nice, but they do not address that her mixed damage actually is bad late game (Void Staff MF confirm?) or that her kit doesn't define a clear role for her.

Also, although I like the true damage on Vayne, Yi, Fiora, Darius and Garen, I think that on her it's just too much and not needed. Why would she have true damage?

Her ulti is also the same, which is not too great. The damage is mixed and you need to hit a target 5 times to do max damage, just like now, so that's still an issue.

Good approach though. (:

I went with more early to mid game power cause that is what i think of AD MF as, and AP MF will be more for scaling; and focused a lot harder on her being a caster type and played around that strength and less about an basic attacker; so my approach was whether she plays as an AD or AP champion that she is more mage-like with marksman qualities playing around spells and cooldowns rather than basic attacks... does this make sense?

impure shots is 5/6/7/8 times based on ultimate ranks; i fixed a case to make her easier to get stacks with make it rain (a significant utility buff to the spell, which why the damage got directly nerfed, but buffed overall because impure shots despite those shots being reduced damage the stacks still remain for Q, autos, and ultimate; so a lot easier time to ramp up impure shot stacks rather than a random attack speed steroid)
