Kled's Damage is WAY TOO STRONG

Passive-I think you should balance how fast he gets skaarl back, cause he just seems like a fizz with no mana when he builds like a adc I think you should make Kled stronger in a way if you're not gonna change that but kinda nerf how strong he is with skaarl. It's kinda annoying to see kled back on skaarl 24/7.

Q-I'm fine with it. W-"Kled gains massive attack speed for four attacks. The fourth attack deals more damage. Passive: When Kled basic attacks, he frenzies, gaining 150% attack speed for four attacks or 4 seconds. Violent Tendencies then goes on cooldown.The fourth hit deals bonus physical damage equal to 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% (+[0]%) of the target's maximum health."

Now 60% of the target's MAXIMUM HEALTH IS WAIT TOO CRAZY. Considering landing that 4th atk is made A LOT easier with that Q and E. He's insane at tank shredding and bullying bruisers and assassin too, cause he will just out trade them easily. I mean 150% atk spd too? At that point you just need to get a phantom dancer and a W at lv1 to get the max 2.5 atk spd, and without any extra atk spd from items and runes and masteries, he has like 2.12 atk spd at level 1 ONCE he pops his W, which IS INSANE FOR A MOVE THAT'S NOT AN ULTIMATE, you're already gonna land the autos because you are going to do 2 hits per second, and without 2 second you take 20% of your maximium hp like that easily. If you max your W first, it's going to be crazy for you how much damage you put off. And to me, this guy's W having less cd than some of the longer cds of many champions' kit just pissing me off. Less cd than yas windwall.

I mean this guy IS NOT MEANT FOR JG AT ALL IN MY OPINION, YOU ONLY DO 200 DAMAGE ON CAP WITH YOUR 4th AUTO ATTACK WITH W. I mean why do that when you can go in top lane, shred your enemy's hp, forced them under tower and deny tp plays from them.

E-Basically renekton E not much

So, so far, he's kinda like what happened to aurelion. He got his Q similarly to morgana's ult and hook champions. Considering you have to stay in range and hit them. He has his W kinda like a vayne's W but an active instead. He got his E from renekton too. But what about his R?

Well his R is just kinda weird but also kinda strong depends on who he is. I like this ultimate very much cause it's fun to be like: "Oh shit, KLED'S COMING, YO YO YOYOYO GO IN FRONT OF ME PLSSSS. OH GOD HE"S HERE. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Cause he would bring 4 other scumbags along with him and get a kill on you very likely. I think this would BE VERY FUN TO WATCH IN LCS cause VISIONS AFFECTS THIS MORE THAN TAHM AND SHEN ULTIMATES cause you have to walk there but with insane speed.
