running armor pen reds on pantheon?

is it better to get armor pens or just keep the AD marks, after reading alot of guides on alot of champion it seems one thing holds universally true, always start cloth and 5x pots against pantheon top, so it makes sense to start pen right.

Armour pen scales better, but you're not taking advantage of the huge AD scaling on his Q or E so your early game isn't quite as good. This is probably a fair trade-off, since Pantheon's early game is already so strong.
