Trying to play with a low level friend who's getting into League, and every single game is 100% smurfs from players who have obviously been banned on their mains.

Some of these people are literally just spamming racial slurs for the entirety of the game, and somehow have reached level 20+.

Others are going AFK or intentionally feeding at the drop of a hat. Took some CS? That's a feeding. Didn't gank on command? That's a feeding. Didn't leash hard enough? That's a feeding. Died in lane? That's a feeding. Took my role? That's a feeding.

This is a pretty sad new player experience.

If you are playing on a smurf, after three games you will only be matched with other smurfs. This is what you are seeing. You aren't actually seeing the new player experience.

EDIT: I remember reading that it is three games for all the smurfs to be weeded out. I may be wrong, but it is definitely a very, very low number.
