C'mon now Rito.... what exactly qualifies as S rank if you have a perfect game and still get a measley A+ .....?

22 minute match in which you manage less than 50% of the available cs from your lane (5.3 per minute). That't not even close to S worthy.
Maybe some day people will understand there is much more to your grade than kda and cs, but probably not any time soon.
The cs is unlikely to be anything special in this case anyway unless it was like a 15 minute pushing down mid crazy stomp game.
You probably didn't ward or de-ward very much or participate in objective kills
