Supports, what is your ward/game?
I usually have around 2030 stealth ward and 35 pink ward per game, depending on length of game.
Very curious here how many wards others put down per game.

All the wards.
tfw your teammates never switch to
or buy
.

30+ is a decent number for one person. 40 ideal in longer games.
Problem is that in games with an average of 35-40 minutes that's only ONE WARD A MINUTE.
That still gives almost zero vision if no one is helping you.
yah that is why when I play jungle I also build sightstone if I am a tank.
Had a game where I was
and got into the game 20 minutes late with 1k ping, still managed to help my team by building

I tend to build that on all my junglers. Even Shyvana, whom desperately needs
for some semblance of CC (which explains my poor W/L record with Shyvana).
Most Tank Junglers won't need the CC from
or the 1v1 Dueling benefits of
skirmersher is actually very underrated, smiting the enemy carry in a teanfight greatly increases your survivability as a tank, especially in the 1 item state where armor pen build adc can rekt any tank, or late game when tanks die in 1 or 2 second.

especially when you keep in mind that you can spend all your wards in a 2 screen radius if you need to set up good vision around an objective and have them all expire in a 15 second period...
warding is EVERYONE'S job, Especially
wards, as your support can only put ONE down
Even though amount of wards placed is important their location is even more important. You're better off worrying about how much you gain from each ward than how many you place per minute.
I don't play support much anymore but 20-30 a game sounds about right, though I consider that fairly low with a 30 minute average gametime.
I hover around ~25-30 stealth wards dropped and 2 pinks unless they have a Twitch or Teemo which I'll have about 5. Why so little pinks? Whenever I drop one of those damn things, a person comes and finds it literal 2 seconds later.

Use them to ward backlines if people are taking them out really quick.
0 ward
do it urself
What are wards?
Well I'm not playing support (top or mid), but I see most of the supports dropping about 15 to 30 wards each game (i'm in bronze 1 if ya want to know but i am mostly against/with medium-high elo silvers cuz i've had a lot of wins recently (18 out of 20 games so my mmr is pretty high rn and i'm not bronze 4 anymore)) For myself i am really bad at warding so I drop like 15 wards in a 30 min game, with 2 to five pink wards, sometimes less cuz there was this time i've put a ward in one of the bush of the midlane around 7 min, the game lasted 50 min and no one took that ward that was kinda awkward
Depends. The actual number of wards isn't important, but the effectiveness of each ward which stems from the information that you get from each. For example, I'll usually always have a pink in my inventory by the end of laning phase, but won't drop it to replace an old pink until we start rotating for towers/objectives. Same with stealth wards, usually placing all 3 around either top/bot side, depending on which side we're going to rotate towards and contest.
That being said, probably around 12-18(?) stealth wards for an average game of 25-30 min, and maybe 5-7 pinks.
Depends on how on-point the enemy team is with their Ward clearing.
