Help Me! My ranked sucks!

Hey I am silver 4 and when i play normals I usually stomp people especially with assassins or hard carries. But when I play ranked I find that I get harassed too much and killed even if I play the champion im laning against. I try to harass back and I think i do a good job then i get killed and it just snowballs. So far the only way I have climbed is by playing support. And I am a pretty good sup especially with tanky peelers like maokai, ali and leona. But now i dont really main anything even though i prefer mid burst mages. It seems like I get outclassed and outplayed so easily by my opponents. What do I do to get better? I have focused so much on cs ing, harass, denying cs and laning in general. My map awareness is what I am currently focusing on because i ward pretty well but dont look for possible ganks when i tunnel on cs. I feel bad because in silver 5 I could carry but now in silver 4 i just get stomped and try to farm enough to get carried. What do i do to get better so i can get gold?
