I think you are quite out of context. They basically won the game, they just pressed YES to the surrender vote. What you said has nothing to do with what happened.
Yes, what I am saying, is that who cares if its norms blind, norm draft, solo queue, flex, whatever. Surrendering even as a joke is stupid.
I get surrendering if its late game, spawn timers are like 45 seconds and the enemy team just got baron. They can just steam roll turrets, and win. might as well save yourself the minute and move on.
But surrendering to me is just giving up. Everyone is in the mind set to just give up and they play differently. I bet you that if each game was tied to you losing REAL money, people wouldn't give up. Furthermore, they wouldn't put up a surrender vote when winning like a joke. Even in normals. I get it...Normals don't count towards anything. But there are some people that like to see the victory symbol and know they carried. Beyond just that, there are some people that will op.gg someone while in champ select. And if they see a loss....even if it is a normal game...they will assume the person sucks. So take the original poster. He was 31/6. But if you op.gg him in during a game, you'll see red...and think he sucked, no matter was the kda.
