I haven't even seen the thing in the few matches I've played, but from what I hear it's pretty damn OP.

I know I liked it on Annie, then again any burst mage will like a 120 AP item, but with it I was melting teams especially if I caught them in an area without minions. Pretty sure it will be amazing on Cassio as well but sadly I haven't gotten to try it on her yet, doesn't help her build is so inflexable now needing Seraphs/Rylias/Void/boots leaving her to picm 2 between Dcap/luden/zhonyas.

Idk.. some guy raged at me for not building it so I did, and at 800 ap it only hit for 200 damage which wasn't noticeable.

Because the Echo will hit minions, all of the champions that I was really wanting to use it on fell by the wayside. Cass and Singed both benefit from poison, but they both will find it being wasted on minions when they really want to trade with it.... It feels like a fun item, but I need to find some champions to use it on.

Leblanc, Karthus, Cass, all use it effectively.

It's "alright". Good on champions that are point and click. Though skillshot champions will have a hard time due to minions wasting the charge. Not to say it's bad on skillshot champions...just not as good. Though I find it pretty god on Viktor.
