Swain Nevermove (W) root duration reduced to 1/1.3/1.5/1.8/2 seconds from 2 at all ranks

First of all what is a Swain? never heard of that Champion / never Saw this Champion / Never heard complaints about this Champion.

Also:

• Nidalee Pounce (Cougar W) damage increased to 75/125/175/225 from 50/100/150/200

• Riven Base Health Regen Per Second increased to 1.068 from .668

• Zed Death Mark (R) damage increased from 20%/35%/50% to 30%/40%/50%

Living Shadow (W)

• Maximum Cast Range increased to 700 from 600
• Minimum Cast Range decreased from 400 to 350
• Missile Speed increased to 1750 from 1500

Looks like Riot is fucking up the patches more and more every patch and i still ask myself... Why is someone who is Silver 5 (Morello) in the balancing team with no understandings of the game at all.
