Let Bard hit wards without losing his chime bonus movespeed (Like the mobi boots changes on PBE)
It's a bit frustrating when you're roaming around collecting chimes with 3+ bonus movespeed stacks but then you see a blue ward and have to choose to either leave it there or lose a huge amount of movespeed simply to aa a ward as you pass by.
